Credit Kudos is a scoring platform that uses open banking to gain access to your banking transactions and prove suitability when applying for a mortgage.
Help us to confirm your eligibility to get a mortgage and provide your credit report(s) in the event of booking an advice appointment so we can effectively identify suitable mortgage options for you based on your credit history.
We will use your contact details to communicate with you to help you manage your application, to fulfil our regulatory obligations, to make you aware of helpful tips or advice regarding your finances and to remind you about the features and benefits of products you already hold.
In order for us to proceed with our recommendation, we will be required to share your information with the specified mortgage or insurance provider. This will be done with the express purpose of completing your application or where the law or regulation allows or requires us to do so, for legitimate business purpose.
In order to find you the most appropriate product and to offer you a complete service we will share your data with Credit Kudos and Experian (Experian PLC) for the purposes of checking your eligibility for a mortgage. Experian are a credit reference agency and will analyse your credit history and data to provide Zunde with your mortgage eligibility and affordability. We will then use this information, as well as the information you have sent to Zunde in order to display eligible products for your attention as well as to assess whether you are eligible for a mortgage as part of our brokerage service. In the event you are applying for a joint mortgage, both parties information will be shared with Credit Kudos and Experian to ensure we can provide a complete service.
